MEET YOUR COACH

Dionna Black, B.S. NTFT, CHPD, CWC

     With a love for nutrition and fitness, I hold a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Fitness from the University of Missouri.  Working in the field of health and wellness for over 25 years, I have provided support to clients such as Perot Systems, Nokia, Cooper Aerobics Center, Mary Kay, Cigna, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield.         

 

    My extensive experience is in healthcare management and partnering with clients of varying industries to achieve a culture of health that produces successful outcomes.  I have managed and trained wellness coaches who educated employees nationwide on how to live healthier by improving their eating, physical activity, stress management, weight, and chronic medical conditions.​       

 

    Helping people discover what works best for them to live a healthier lifestyle is very rewarding for me!  This is why I am looking forward to partnering with you to provide education and guidance, so that you can live YOUR version of success!​

I enjoy participating in obstacle course races.
I love a good thick crust pizza.
I enjoy international travel, have lived in two countries, and traveled to six... so far!
